Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns for items unless they are damaged or faulty.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened beauty or skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within 7–10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue.
Exchanges
